We offer a range of flexible storage solutions to suit both personal and business needs - including secure self storage units (coming soon!), drive-up warehouse spaces and hardstand yard parking/storage in our secure compound for vehicles, boats, caravans, equipment and containers. Our Mobile Storage service will launch soon, giving you even more convenient and cost effective ways to store. We also sell padlocks & a variety of other items that you might need for packing and moving.
We have a one-month minimum charge; however, you’re welcome to store for a shorter period if needed. We simply require 14 days notice prior to moving out to finalise your account.
You cannot store flammable, explosive or dangerous goods, perishable items (such as food), stolen or illegal goods, or any materials that are environmentally harmful. If you’re unsure, please contact us before moving in and we’ll be happy to answer any questions.
We strongly recommend maintaining insurance over your goods while in storage. Contact your insurance provider or broker and let them know you’re storing with us. Many insurers are able to extend your existing cover, often at little or no extra cost.
Payments are made monthly in advance (i.e on the 1st of the month, for that current month) and are automatically debited from your credit/debit card or nominated bank account. Automatic payments using a credit/debit card attract a Merchant Fee (usually 1.5%). However we're also able to set up your automatic payment using a nominated bank account, which attracts no payment transaction charges for the customer.
It's easy! Simply book and move in online through our website, or contact us and we’ll send you a secure move-in link. Or, if you prefer; the old-fashioned way (by paper!) in our office is also no problem - please get in touch if that suits you better. From there, we provide your personal gate PIN and then you’re ready to move in - just remember to bring a padlock. We also sell padlocks & a variety of other items that you might need for packing and moving.
Security is a top priority. Your storage space is secured with your own padlock and only you hold the keys. Our secure facility is accessed via a PIN-controlled electric security gate. The site is monitored by 24/7 camera surveillance with an infrared motion detection alarm system providing added protection and peace of mind while your belongings are in storage.

Minimise handling, we bring the storage to you! We can deliver our mobile storage Pods throughout Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, allowing you to: 1. Pack at your location, 2. Have the Pod securely stored (where you can access as needed during site opening hours), 3. Transport to your new destination (..great if you don’t want to hire a truck or removalist!). Our Mobile Storage Pods measure 1.8m wide x 2.2m deep x 2.1m high (volume approx. 8m3). Perfect for moves, renovations and general storage needs. Ask us about discounts available for storers who require multiple Pods. ****Pods may also be used as a cost-effective traditional storage unit at our facility (without transport service)****
